Feast week-ends : price of a week-end + 50 %
Week-ends during school holidays : price of a week-end + 30 %
Mid-week : from Monday at 4 PM to Friday at 10 AM ( not during school holidays)
Week-end : from Friday at 4 PM to Sunday at 6 AM ( not during school holidays). It's possible to stay until Monday at 10 AM on demand.

Charges :

10 € / day from May to September
16 € / day from October to April

Fixed charges :

Running costs - Start up - Bedding cleaning : 80 €.
20 € / person / night for more than 8 people (max 9 people)

Payment :

You can pay to the bank account or by Paypal, any eventual bank charges or costs being paid by the lessee.
The deposit is to be paid upon the acceptance of the renting contract. The balance is due 30 days prior to the start of vacation.

Guarantee :

A guarantee of 200 € is to be handed over to the lessor on the day of arrival at the latest, or paid on the bank account one week before the start of the stay.

Domestic animals are not allowed.
